I'm Jeremy Clarke, a BSc Computing graduate and IT professional. I specialise in providing small and field-based businesses with the best technology tools available to complete their work effectively (and I've been doing it for over 10 years). Today's workforce expects to collaborate together, share information, and work from any location and on any device. I help colleagues collaborate efficiently by assisting smaller organisations in making technology choices that suit their specific requirements and structure. With my help, employees are empowered to complete their best work from within the office on a desktop PC, from from Starbucks on their personal Mac, or even out in the field with only a smartphone.
What is the 'modern workplace'? To me, it's all about leveraging the latest and greatest productivity tools, powered by the cloud. With my help, businesses empower their employees to work smarter, with agility, and securely. I have over 10 years of experience working with industry-leading tools and platforms, such as Microsoft 365.

Protected users and devices from modern threats by configuring software hardening baselines, managing device encryption, and implementing email protection technologies.
Provisioned and deprovisioned user access, configured access controls, adopted multi-factor authentication, and automated identity workflows.
Technology has long been a passion of mine; I've done it all - from physical PC repairs (spilt coffee recovery...!) through to writing and deploying complex scripts on thousands of production devices. My solid technical understanding and skillsets help me tackle the trickiest of technical challenges and assist anyone in making the most of their IT.

Provided high-quality and device-agnostic Levels 1 to 3 support to users and clients; from simple password resets through to deep-rooted networking issues. Via email, phone, and face-to-face - I've seen it all (and fixed much of it, too!)
Packaged, tested, deployed, and cleaned applications and operating systems on thousands of users and end-devices. I've worked on deployments of simple app packages through to fully customised and scripted packages delivered by management platforms.
Driven high adoption of new technologies by training teams in new tools and delivering comprehensive onboarding materials. I've also conducted campaigns and simulations to identify areas for improvement, such as email phishing simulations.

Provisioned fully managed Infrastructure as a Service in the public cloud, including setup, security, DNS configurations, containers, automation, and load balancing.
Delivered complete and extendable websites that are optimized and rank well in search engines. I developed responsive, validated, and flexible websites using modern frameworks and technologies. I worked on both the front and back-end, going beyond mere development to ensure comprehensive solutions.
Built, deployed, troubleshooted, and maintained WordPress instances, both in PaaS and IaaS environments. I delivered completed WordPress websites ready for hosting and worked on existing sites by delving into theme source code, the database, and extensions to solve real problems.
Used CRM tools such as MailChimp to generate customer mailing lists, capture survey responses, and integrate marketing sign-up forms into existing websites. I created automations to generate returning customers that translated into sales.
